• Returns: You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

• Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Custom orders are non-refundable once production starts.

Damages and Issues

• Please inspect your order upon arrival.

• If you receive the wrong item, or your order is defective or damaged, contact us immediately at Service@charmeenail.com.

• We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

• Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.

• Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
